Francesco Macri - Agile Trainer
In my training sessions, I share real-world stories from my experience working in Product Development, using Scrum and other agile practices across large corporations, small startups, and web agencies. My classes are highly interactive, encouraging students to draw on their own experiences to build knowledge. This approach helps make the theory more relatable by applying it to real-world scenarios, generating practical ideas that they can take back to their own work.
Since 2010, I’ve worked in the product tech industry as a Software Developer, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Agility CoP Lead. Currently, as an Engineering Manager and Agile Trainer at Mercedes-Benz.io, I’ve been providing agile training since 2019 and have mentored many professionals on their agile product journey.
